Villa D' Carlo Restaurant: A Culinary Gem for Pizza, Seafood, and Italian Cuisine in Kenosha

Pizza was phenomenal! Crust is unbeatable. We had the Beverly and ate outside with a view of the harbor. Couldn't have asked for a more delicious and relaxing evening.

My wife and I had the pleasure of going to the villa de Carlo again on Saturday, February 21St We had the pleasure of having a server named Bree, Excuse my spelling, She was the most gracious and pleasurable a breath of fresh air that you will not find everywhere the personality of a goddess she made ordering a pleasure. She was prompt and knowledgeable over every single thing at the villa. be kind of waitresses are hard to find so you had better keep this one. Bob and Alice Sterc

Interesting establishment. Italian cuisine, very decent and original especially to specific regions in Italy. An extensive list of wines and cocktails! The atmosphere is dated, which probably influences the great number of long time customers from the area. The clams and linguine were pretty good but the linguine was not drained enough so there was a lot of water on the dish. I just had the broasted chicken, the green beans were fantastic! The dinner salads we had were delicious. There was a mountain of blue cheese on my wife's salad which she appreciated. The staff was tremendous, extremely efficient. The entertainment was one of the Chefs in the kitchen kept calling one of the Hostesses (Irene), reminiscent of Marlon Brando yelling Stella (S Street Car Named Desire!) It was pretty hilarious! I would recommend this establishment, it definitely is a step back in time and not a sanitized vision of something.

I have lived all across the United States and this is still my favorite pizza. Classic cheese and sausage with a unique cornmeal dusted crust. Family-run restaurant since 1957. Have gone here several times and always enjoyable. This time we came on Mother's day so the place was busy and every table was seated. Our table had the veal cutlet, lasagna and spaghetti with meatball. The portions were huge and had to take boxes home. They start you off with bread, pasta and red bean salad. Prices are very reasonable for the amount of food.

A marvellous local place right across the street from Lake Michigan. The food makes Villa D’ Carlo. Everyone needs a place like this in your neighbourhood. The food is Italian, Villa D’Carlo Italian—what your mother made if she was Italian. ….yet they slipped in a few comfort items if you just not in the mood for Italian tonight. And if you don’t see it on the menu, ask. My wife asked about Eggplant Parmesan, and they made it. It was among her top 5, ever. Including places in Italy. They respect the raw ingredients and make it happen. Service is great. They are watching, but don’t hover. Good diverse wine list and other drinks. Get off the freeway. You and your people need the Villa D’ Carlo.

Courtney is an amazing Waitress, best multi tasker I've ever met. Always a must stop for a Pizza when in town.... friendly staff, great Pizza!!! Courtney was an excellent server!!

Recently moved here…. Thought we would brave our comparisons to the Italy dishes from our recent travels. Welcomed by a warm and friendly staff. Started with the bruschetta..,, wow.. the freshness of the tomatoes at this time of year was amazing and generously served. Followed w a pasta salad and kidney bean pickle salad. Both were very tasty and delicious. Our main courses were the Italian sampler and the Villa pasta. The sausage is made in house and the sauces for both dishes very tasty and very well done. You can taste the dedication in the preparation and get a feel for each flavor on both of these dishes. We had plenty of left overs to take home as the portions were very large. Love the atmosphere and will return once we come back from some Sunny parts of the US. Nick was our server and very helpful understanding each dish we were ordering.
